Where are they made?
All our portable hot tubs are British made and carry a 10 year guarantee
on the acrylic surface and a 3 year guarantee on the pumps.
What is the difference between the 2000,3000 and Power series?
The 2000 series has water massage jets all around the hot tub.
The 3000 series has water massage jets all around the hot tub plus
an under floor air bubbler system to massage your legs, feet and carves.
The Power series has the maximum amount of hydrotherapy body massage
jets all around the hot tub plus an under floor air bubbler system to
massage your legs, feet and carves.
What plumbing do I need?
There is no need for any permanent plumbing since the equipment is contained
within the cedarwood cabinet.
Where can I put it?
Most people have them outdoors, on a patio or terrace, or on a timber
deck.
You can also have it in a gazebo, in a summer house, in a conservatory,
in a special room, or in a garage,
Do people use them in winter?
Yes the hot tub is designed for use all year round .the temperature can
be adjusted to be cool and refreshing in the summer, or hot and steamy
in the coldest of winters as they are used in the coldest of climates
all over the world.
What site preparation is needed before delivery?
All you need is a suitably prepared site, a level base, suitable power
supply, a hosepipe to fill and empty, and sufficient access to the site
to install it since it comes already built.
How much do they cost to run?
Portable hot tubs cost between £200-£250 a year, depending
on usage.
How long do they take to heat up?
A portable tub heats up overnight, then it is automatically controlled
by the thermostat which you adjust manually, so it is ready for use whenever
you want.
What maintenance is needed?
Water is automatically filtered, heated and sanitised. Once every couple
of Months or so (depending on usage), you need to change the water.
By attaching a hosepipe to a fitting in the cabinet, opening a tap and
let the water drain out down a drain pipe or to water the garden (the
water will not affect your plants).
At the same time you need to clean the filters which you simply remove,
soak in a bucket with a chemical cleaner that we supply, soak overnight,
clean off in the morning with a hose pipe, and fit back in the unit.
When can I have it?
Delivery of your portable hot tub takes approximately 3 weeks from order
in the colour of your choice if it is not a stock item. Then a further
1.5 to 2 hours to deliver and install by our factory trained installation
teams on the day of delivery.

is paid by bankers draft of building society cheque on the day of delivery.
